Bell Court, Stratford-upon-Avon, is set to welcome a major new addition to its leisure and hospitality offer with the announcement that The Ivy will open a new restaurant at the scheme in Autumn 2026, adding to its 50-strong portfolio across the UK.

Renowned for its distinctive blend of contemporary British cuisine, exceptional service and iconic interiors; The Ivy’s arrival marks a significant milestone for Bell Court and underscores the destination’s growing reputation as a premier dining and lifestyle location in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon.

The letting represents a significant moment for Bell Court, reinforcing its position as a vibrant hub for the local resident market and global tourism visitors to Stratford-upon-Avon. As a nationally recognised brand with a loyal following, The Ivy will drive increased footfall, extend dwell times and further enhance the daytime and evening economy across Bell Court and the wider town centre.

The Ivy’s commitment to Bell Court is anticipated to act as a catalyst for further interest in the scheme. A limited number of additional units remain available close to where The Ivy will be situated, presenting a rare opportunity for complementary F&B, retail and leisure operators to position themselves alongside one of the UK’s most prestigious hospitality brands. These spaces offer the potential to benefit directly from the uplift in footfall and profile that The Ivy is expected to generate.

On 12 November, Gemini Woman was named Womenswear Independent of the Year at the Drapers Awards 2025, held at the HAC in London. The Drapers Awards brought together the biggest names in fashion retail, uniting both multiples and independents under one roof for the first time in decades. Gemini Woman was praised by the expert judging panel for its creativity, customer focus, and commitment to delivering an inspiring retail experience. Drapers editor Jill Geoghegan highlighted the importance of collaboration and community in today’s retail landscape, congratulating all winners for their achievements.
