A comprehensive £30 million redevelopment of the old Town Square has already delivered over 70,000 sq ft of retail, restaurant and leisure space as well as high quality new public areas.
Our latest proposals will bring a complementary mix of uses that will maintain the vibrancy of Bell Court and enhance the offer to visitors and residents of Stratford-upon-Avon.
They have been prompted by our desire to continue improvements to the facilities in Bell Court and the uncertainty over the future of the Debenhams store in the town.
In addition to a range of complementary retail and leisure outlets, we are proposing a number of apartments for town centre living and a new hotel.
